How do I download a past invoice?
Every past invoice is available for you to view or download at any time.
Go to your avatar, then your account, then Billing & Invoices.
Find the invoice you need in the list, then click it to download a PDF copy.
If you don't see a Billing & Invoices option, make sure you're using a web browser rather than one of the native HEY apps — billing is only accessible on the web.
