How do I update my credit card?

You can update your billing info right from inside your HEY account.

Here’s what you'll want to do:

• Head to app.hey.com/accounts in your browser.
• Click on Billing & Invoices.

You’ll see a prompt to update your card info. If you don’t, make sure you’re using a browser rather than one of our native HEY apps.
