How do I update my credit card?

Update your credit card if it's expired, lost, or you'd simply like to switch to a different one.

Go to https://app.hey.com/ in a web browser, or click your avatar (top right) from the Imbox.

Select your account:

Click Billing & Invoices:

Click Use a different credit card:

Add your credit card details, then click Update my credit card.

Use a web browser: Updating your card is only available on the web. If you don't see this option, make sure you're using a web browser rather than one of our native HEY apps.
