Do I need to sync my phone app to HEY?

Typically not. But if you do notice your HEY phone app showing different emails than your browser, it’s an easy fix.

Inside your HEY app:

  1. Tap on your avatar in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under the 'SUPPORT' section, tap 'Re-sync'.

That will bring things back in-sync with your HEY account.
