Workflows

Things get messy when you’re handling a situation with numerous email threads and multiple steps. With HEY, you can use Workflows to define stages and visually track an email’s progress through a multi-step process.

How do stages work?

Drag emails between stages to indicate their position in a workflow. Add as many stages as you need. As you move an email from stage-to-stage, the full thread — every reply, note, attachment, etc — moves along with it.

Are my Workflows private?

Workflows on a HEY for Domains account are shared with all users on that account. Emails in those workflows are not automatically shared.
