Sticky Notes
Sticky notes show only in your Imbox, not on the email thread. Use them to save a phone number, address, link, or reminder you want to see quickly. For notes that stay with the email thread, use Note to Self.
Adding a note
Click the sender’s avatar to select an email, then click Note (or press Y) in the toolbar that appears.
A yellow note box opens under the email.
Type your note, then click Save note.
Your note now shows as a small yellow tag under the email. Click the pencil icon on it to edit or delete the note.
Only you can see your sticky notes, not even people on the same email thread.
