Cover Art

HEY is all about letting it flow, but some folks prefer an “out of sight, out of mind” approach. That’s where Cover Art comes in. Choose a style or upload your own image, and a cover will slide up over your previously seen emails. It’s a great way to add some life to your Imbox.

To add cover art, just tap the picture icon at the top right of the Previously Seen emails:

You can choose from art we've added or upload your own. Check out The HEY Cover Art Gallery featuring work from some of our favorite artists.

When you upload your own images, they should work up to 40Mb, and under 16K x 16K pixels.

Tap your Cover Art to reveal your Previously Seen emails.

Stickies

Add a sticky note to your Cover Art for any quick reminders you need. Just click the '+' icon at the top left of the Cover Art:

Calendar Art

Get a glimpse into your calendar without leaving your Imbox. To get it set up, choose the calendar cover. You can see what today and tomorrow look like. Check off a habit. Add something to do this week. Give the day a name. Even join a call within 15 minutes of its scheduled time!

Excited for an upcoming event? Add a countdown and view it right on your cover art. Want to add a new event? Just click the + button on the top left! The background will also change based on the time of day and whether you're in light or dark mode.

To change your cover art, simply click on the photo icon. Want to add an event? Click the + on the top left, or anywhere on the calendar. Check off do's and add new ones straight from your Imbox - habits, too!
