Can I pay in advance?

Let the HEY support team know how much you'd like to pay up front. HEY will charge the card on file for that amount and it will be added to your account balance as credit.

Any charges are withdrawn from your credit balance first and you'll get an invoice each time money is pulled from the credit. We'll also let you know when your balance is running low.
