Can I pay in advance?

Sure! We have a Lump Sum payment option for both personal HEY accounts and HEY for Domains, if you'd like to pay in advance

Let the HEY support team know how much you'd like to pay up front. HEY will charge the card on file for that amount and it will be added to your account balance as credit.

Any charges are withdrawn from your credit balance first and you'll get an invoice each time money is pulled from the credit. We'll also give you a heads up when the balance is running low.
