Widgets

HEY has widgets available for both email and the calendar. iOS users can add widgets for email and the calendar. Android users can add widgets for the calendar only.

Email widget

Use the HEY Email widgets to stay on top of new mail. Choose from New for you, The Feed, Paper Trail, Reply Later, or Set Aside. Choose whether or not to see your Screener. And choose which account to view - a specific one, or all of them! Tapping an email will open it in your HEY app.

To add a widget to your iOS device, just hold down on a blank space on your home screen, and tap the + in the top left-hand corner. Find the HEY app and select it!

To add a widget to your Android device, hold down on a blank space on your home screen, then tap on widgets on the bottom of your scree. Search for HEY at the top and the calendar should pop up.

Calendar Widgets

For HEY Calendar, there are 3 widgets available for iOS:

• Agenda - Shows today's events and what you need to do sometime this week.
• Sometime this week - Shows everything you need to do sometime this week.
• Countdown - Shows upcoming event(s) with a countdown.

• The agenda widget should feel familiar to the day view in the app, showing any events for the day. Need to expand an event? Tap on it to see more details!
• Sometime this week helps you see everything you need to do. It follows the app logic, so anything you can't get to this week stays on for the following week. Incomplete do's are sorted first.
• The Countdown widget gives you something to look forward to. Create a countdown for an important event coming up, then put it on your home screen. It's a great way to see how many days are left!

iOS Widgets

iOS widgets are fixed sizes. They are not scrollable and must follow the flow of the home screen grid. We offer a couple of options to the following widgets to manage the size:

• Agenda lets you choose if you want to show your Do's.
• Countdown lets you choose which event to track – or pick the closest one.

All iOS widgets can also run on Mac Sonoma.

Android Widgets

Android widgets are resizable, scrollable, and can be positioned freely on the home screen grid. We also are on board with Material You so HEY widgets match nicely with your device's wallpaper.

• Countdowns will show you a quick view of your current events with countdowns. Tap a countdown to view or edit the event.
• Sometime this week gives you a list of your Do's, with the option to create a new one from the widget by tapping the + sign.
• Agenda shows your upcoming events. Tap the + sign to add an event from the widget, or tap into an event to view or edit those details.
