Why can’t I find a specific email?

We know it’s frustrating not having that email at your fingertips. Let’s check a few places where it might be.

1. In the Screener? That would be here: app.hey.com/clearances
2. On the Spam or Everything or Trash pages?
   • Spam: app.hey.com/topics/spam
   • Trash: app.hey.com/topics/trash
   • Everything: app.hey.com/topics/everything
3. In Screened Out? That would be here: app.hey.com/contacts/denied
4. Are they visible when you look at the contact for a specific sender or when you search?

If you’ve checked all of those and still have no luck, we can check our logs. Email our team with the timestamp and address of the original sender.
