Remove A User
On your Account page, click your HEY for Domains account, then click on People & Permissions. You can remove a user on your team's account there. Once removed, that email address can be re-used, but the removal of the user cannot be un-done.
All of the emails from the deleted user will be preserved in account exports. You won't see any of their emails in your HEY account unless they've been shared with you before you remove the user. All their emails in the export will be attributed to a removed user.
If you don't want to create a new user for the address of the deleted user, but you still want to receive any incoming email to the address, create an extension for that address, which would effectively retire the old email address without breaking it.
