Why are these notifications going to my Imbox instead of the Paper Trail?

You may notice that email notifications from services and apps (like Basecamp, Github, etc...) are popping into your Imbox instead of the Paper Trail. This is likely because these emails are replies to a previous notification. Since the emails are formatted as replies and HEY does not want you to miss any replies, they'll automatically get sent to the Imbox.

We recommend setting those contacts to be Bundled and going to the Imbox:
